Frequently asked questions.
What is relational trauma coaching?
Relational trauma coaching is for individuals who have experienced difficult or painful relationship dynamics. It's a forward-looking process that helps you understand the impact of your past experiences on your present relationships and emotional well-being. The goal is to gain clarity, reclaim your identity, and develop the tools needed to build healthy, empowered connections with yourself and others
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals who are ready to uncover their truth and reclaim their power. My coaching is for anyone navigating significant life challenges, including intimate betrayal, career or financial uncertainty, and difficult relationship dynamics. I also offer a dedicated service to support family members, such as children, who have been affected by family trauma
How is coaching different from therapy?
While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and diagnosing mental health conditions, coaching is a more action-oriented and future-focused partnership. As a coach, I don't provide a diagnosis. Instead, I help you gain clarity on your current situation and empower you with the tools and strategies to create the future you desire. I’m here to guide and support you in moving from where you are to where you want to be
What is an Initial Consult and what can I expect?
This discovery session is designed for us to get to know each other. It’s an opportunity for you to share what you’re hoping to achieve through coaching, ask any questions you have, and for us to determine if we are a good fit to work together. It's the first step toward beginning your journey of healing and empowerment
